Hi Sean. I've listened to this a couple of times. It's very clever in places, but so are a lot of things. It's a delightfull piece in many ways but its also a bit wastefull in the sense that it sounds more like an incomplete soundtrack than an organic piece of "stand alone" music. Back to wastefull. It needs a killer melody - which you almost have in the opening section - you could easily work this into something as good as the main theme from "Last of the Mohicans".
